BEHIND ED LOST LEGIONS

Ed is the creator of Ed Lost Legions. His first historical comics were driven by a simple idea: historical accuracy mattered more than artistic perfection. Over time, that passion evolved into visual storytelling focused on archaeology, warfare and the ancient world.

Together with his father, Gualberto, he is recreating some of Rome’s greatest campaigns.

Ed rebuilds the ancient world through research and original artwork, while Gualberto gives it a voice through historical narrative.

ROME WASN’T BUILT IN A DAY

Neither is Ed Lost Legions.

Our roads are still being laid, our standards raised and our legions assembled. New campaigns, books and stories are already beyond the horizon.

Until then, we ask for a little patience from our fellow travellers.

The ancient world is vast. We have only just begun to explore it.
